Lorelei Haberland is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of OnShoreWave, bringing deep experience in organizational leadership and financial systems design to the firm. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and applies a leadership-centric approach to financial operations that supports clarity, efficiency, and scalability for growing organizations.
Lorelei specializes in helping companies structure financial data, automate workflows, and implement systems that enhance transparency and support strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization. Her work focuses on modernizing and automating financial infrastructure to improve accuracy and provide leaders with the insight they need to make confident, informed decisions as their organizations evolve.
David Haberland, President
David brings extensive technical and leadership experience to OnShoreWave, with a strong focus on leadership development throughout his career. He has spent years at the intersection of technology, strategic growth, and complex public sector environments. As the author of multiple books that emphasize leadership awareness, technology, and organizational resilience, David is also set to release a new book on workplace wellness soon.
David's public sector experience includes collaboration with government agencies, regulated industries, and mission-critical organizations where clarity, trust, and accountability are essential.
